Do you know anything about the pending litigation between BRLI and SmithKline Beecham? Such as how much we're actually talking about in dollars. Seems to me that there was a substantial settlement with the government, but that shouldn't imply any such award to BRLI should they be successful. A small company such as BRLI can also find their litigation stalled for a lengthy period against someone with deep pockets.
