New, Intelligent, Cool Thinking SEVU Poster on RB....

I'm not sure what the difference between an investment and a trade is? It all comes down to a persons perspective. At what point does a trade become an investment...some people consider 1 month to be an investment in a company while I know others who call taking an 18 month position a trade and not an investment.

I ordered the Secure View indoor/outdoor camera. I was always intrigued by the product and curious to see it in action.

NAIB in the past week sold several hundred thousand shares and never went on the ask...that is the action of a market maker shorting the stock which if they want to do is up to them but a MM can get blow up shorting a stock just as easily as an individual investor. Not saying it is for sure shorting as you never know but no matter how you look at it at 30 cents there has been little selling and almost all buys at the ask.

The chart appears to have stabilized and you have to admit that people sold this stock based on an emotional decision and not a value call. I can understand the emotion of feeling misled by McBride and just wanting out but at 30 cents with their small number of outstanding shares and a million bucks in sales this company is worth more then that. They have cool products and nice potential. Fact is this stock should never have been 20 dollars plus but it also should never be under 70 cents. If McBride had been forthright in the PRs and the numbers in the SEC filings showed what they did after the revision in May then the stock would have seen a steady rise from 50 cents and be around 2 dollars now...but as it is the company is now undervalued due to all the emotional selling and eventually the stock will reapproach a more fair valuation and at that time I will sell my shares...whether that is in 2 weeks or 2 quarters.

The lawsuit imo will go nowhere fast...the only time these lawsuits have any merit is if McBride dumped shares which all signs show he did not. Again I reiterate that I feel terrible for people who were misled and I hope you get your money back but you have to take the disclaimers in PRs and SEC filings very seriously and they offer tremendous protection from these very types of lawsuits. I can't sue CSCO for reiterating 30-50% growth targets all last year and then coming up short this year and losing 2.6 billion last quarter causing my investment there to fall for the same reason SEVU can't be sued even though what SEVU did was on the surface more deceitful.

I'm not just saying this to pump my investment and I can understand if you never wanted to touch SEVU stock again BUT if you want your money back the easiest way is to probably buy shares at the current price and be in for the ride back to a dollar. Disregarding all the hype from Rich last year the company has price per share value in the dollar plus range. And if part of what Rich alluded to last year even 20% of it comes true this could head back to 5 bucks.
