Comparison with the x10 system....

I have actually seen the Xcam and it is a great product. There are pluses and minuses comparing just the feaures of secure view to Xcam. I haven't seen secure view first hand so it is hard to do a fair evaluation on the technical merits of each. A camera in a lightbulb has certain advantages over a wireless camera and vice versa. There is definitly room for both of them on the market and one can help creat demand and consumer awareness for the other. It is often not cut and dry that Xcam is better then secure view or Secure view is better then Xcam therefore one wins and the other loses. At SEVUs current valuation the market has priced in practically no sales or potential at all in the stock and that is not the case.

It all comes down to marketing the product and generating sales. Thousands of 2nd rate more expensive products are sold every day. Not saying SEVU is 2nd rate or has even done a decent job at generating sales BUT my point in investing today is that the selling is way overdone and was based on emotion and not a fair evaluation of the companies potential and challenges and yes there are plenty of challenges.lol Only time will prove me right or wrong.

If half of what McBride alluded to last year is even partially true and this new management gets the companies act together a turnaround is possible. I think I have the advantage in that I have only traded this stock a couple of times in the past(successfully) and have not been caught up in all the hoopla surrounding the recent restatement of revs. I consider this a great opportunity to get in on a company potentially turning things around. I have made the greatest amounts of money in my investing career in situations exactly like this one.
