First the disclaimer: Don't base any trades on what I may write. Do your own due diligence .

I am waiting for a lower entry point, but I may not get it.. The day of the earnings call the stock hit 16 and bounced from there. I am looking for a retest of 16 with a possible drop to 14 or so. That is where trendline forms from the
december lows and the april lows. The key for me is when the ADX comes back to the 20 range.

This is preannouncement time for a lot of companies and the market drags KDE down into my buy zone. If that does not happen I will reenter anyway looking for the next leg up. I don't want to stay out too long: the bias is clearly up until the fall.

The next year looks promising for KDE but I still think we are in a recession and this summer will be weak for the economy. That will be a drag on the stock.
