The "move" with regard to CNC was an advance relative to its short term
trading range. The day after I reported the message, the WSJ printed an
article who reversed his recommendation to a "Sell," effectively nullifying
any potential move as investors became worried about potentially negative
developments. As I am not currently following the stock, I'm afraid I won't
be of much assistance in adding any additional information.
