The 800 number is for all the stocks covered by Investor Relations Group. This includes all those I mentioned. Private placement = selling treasury shares to private investors, not through the market. They needed the money fast, so they found enough investors willing to "gamble" $1.00/share X 1 million. Not much of a gamble since the stock was $4 then... Try moneyworldonline.com to get more info on jreck, ckkc and the other companies covered by Investor Relations Group. I am tempted by ckkc.
