I have never found a single person who can "prove" anything in the Bible to be wrong or in error.

An interesting claim ... but one that seems only to ever be mouthed who have taken this as an article of faith and thus conveniently deny the quality of proof when it might endanger the premise while ironically citing as proven many things that rest on the flimsiest of contentions. FWIW, I have read the book in question cover to cover, which many thumpers seem not to have managed, preferring instead to cite this bit or that bit in evidence of what they want to believe anyway. Anyone who has made any kind of a scholarly study of the Bible will tell you that not only does it contain many things which are contradictory to things contained elsewhere within it, but various versions and translations say quite different things, not to mention the very ambiguity about which writings are and are not correctly included within the overall title.

What has always amazed me in this era of global awareness is how people can assert so absolutely that this one document ... often version which is a rather poor translation at that (see the Jerusalem Bible if you want a reasonable translation) ... is the absolute and only Truth when there is such a wide diversity of people and religions in the world, many with their own traditions of revelation, many with long and literate histories, i.e., not easily dismissed as "merely" something thought by a bunch of barbarians. It would seem that the tiniest dollop of humility would be sufficient to make one think that one might not have the only version of the truth.
