I've seen the non-facts on the hate web sites. This stuff is childish bashing but enjoy yourself if that's your thing. Much of it is deliberate misinterpretation or taking things completely out of context. Some times like in this case there is some disconnected historical fact that someone will tie into Islam as though it is a fact. If you are a serious seeker of Truth I would encourage you to avoid sites that just seem to look for any excuse to bash. There are some scholarly "pro Christian" sites that provide a critique of Islam.

As I said in my original post on the name Allah; this name was used prior to Mohammad by Arab speakers and it means the Most High God. When referencing the God of Abraham it meant the Most Most High and One God. In some doctrine I have read the reference to God to be The Most High Allah. Meaning that others may proclaim a high god and call it Allah but the God of Abraham is the One that is Above all else. It is not one bit unusual that moon worshippers, sun worshippers, or whatever would have the name Allah in their ancient doctrine. As I said originally EVERYONE speaking Arabic in this region knew what the term meant.

Anyone who has done serious inquiry knows that the Islamic research by Muslims is very extensive. There have been many Islamic scholars who've spent their lives on the study of the name of Allah. You are grabbing at straws Chris I have no time or need to banter with a basher. Sorry.
