M Allen: You may have saved yourself some "attorney's costs" by simply checking with FTEL. I had sent an e-mail to FTEL inquiring as to when the 3rd quarter report would be issued and was it delayed due to the S-1. The reason I was given for the delay is that FTEL is working on and has completed an updated audit since the begining of the filing of the S-1 which was part of a request for additional information by the SEC. This is now in the hands of the accounting company and will be finished with shortly. When the dust is settled from the completion of the S-1 we will see the 3rd quarter report and other reports and information will follow. Maybe this is the answer to your question regarding material changes to the company be included in the S1. Don
