North Korea is a bankrupt nation which cannot even feed its people. North Koreans are known to eat grass and risk their lives trying to get to South Korea just for rice to eat.
China should be closely monitored but Bush's defence system doesn't even work yet, in fact all tests have failed miserably. Better to use the systems which already work like Aegis. The whole Star Wars system is a boondoggle in the making, brought to you by arms industry lobbyists wanting fat contracts.
