What would be so impossible about ALA re-negotiating the price of their convertible debt in TSX, as part of a bail-out financing package, for the $300 million.
Surely such adept minds in the financial side of business such as Maffei and Turchut?, would be able to grasp the advantages of such a package for both companies.

You seem angry at, or about, TSX and if you don't mind disclosing your position, it might explain why you come across that way.
