The grandparents with grandchildren nos. from AARP and the Ohio site were just to make you aware that there's an ever growing number of low income seniors with the responsibility as the sole support of minor children. Separating out seniors from the adult population of minimum wage earning adults doesn't necessarily help define who is single without dependents...at least not anymore.
