I guess you just don't get it.

However, I would like to see you opt out and say you have never been harmed by Jenna, Pristine, et al.

This started with Tim Luke asking what he could get for 750 a month from Pristine. It then proceeded into defamation of character and other intentional torts lawsuit.

Because Tim made it public, mountains of information came forthwith and is still coming to many parties. It has led to a class action law firm, who won a 6 billion dollar case (take a guess as to who it is) willing to get involved in this matter.

However, just like Tim's lawsuit...there are things that need to take place. A time frame that they need to take place. A prioritization as to how they will take place.

Jenna ran off at the mouth about how there would be no lawsuit. Guess what? She eventually got it slammed in her face. She can run off at the mouth about no class action suit..but I bet she gets slammed in the face with one.

The majority of Pristine's customers came from SI at one time. Many on SI will be effected.

The more public it is the more information comes in...

That is just ONE reason why it needs to be handled in public.

Another reason is what just happened with Lee Kramer. There is a difference between the touter lying in a private message and touter lying to the whole world in a public forum about his relationship to a site he is touting.

This whole thing is governed by the SEC, as well as other Federal, State, and Local laws both criminal and civil.

Lee Kramer lied on this forum about his association with Pristine AND he failed to disclose he was effectively being compensated by Pristine with a barter exchange as he was touting the service and talking about the wonderfulanality of Jenna. He was lying and failing to disclose as he was trying to lure people to the site via an offer of a free trial.

It is a very small example of how these people operate. The much larger example will come out later.

There are repercussions to Kramer's behavior.... In my opinion he is just a small cog in the wheel and is probably a dupe...but I don't know that. He could be a major player in a scam . Time will tell.

but again,

feel free to opt out of any damages that you would be entitled to as a result of a class action suit.

Why bring it to this thread?

Lee Kramer lied about Tim. He couldn't respond on Jenna's thread. So Tim responded to him here. DMW asked him pertinent questions which tied a little noose around Lee Kramer's neck. Or didn't you notice how he lied?

Very pertinent.

No one has gone to your other thread. There is no need. The questions were asked and the results are in as to what Lee Kramer will do.

This will play itself out on SI because many of the members who have been harmed came from SI.

The great thing about the internet is this:

Had Jenna defamed Tim in a local manner and everything had been kept private...I don't think all that is being discovered would have come out. There is power en masse.

Do you think this might be a little scandal just with Tim or do you see the far reaching implications yet?

Now how about The Executioner and Master Trader?

Oh yes, The Executioner plays a role.

But again, all should feel free to say in this forum that they have no entitlement to any possible judgment associated with Jenna, Market Gems, Pristine, et al.
