since this thread is ruined and has moved on...I would like to ask what does it matter....I have followed MG thread for I don't know how many years...I remember when Lee volunteered to be a moderator...what does it matter that you people chasing tails think he's lying about anything...I saw no lie...I think I saw most posts regrettably... what's the damage here? did lee sign you up for pristines chat rm did lee receive your membership fees? is there an agreement of some kind between you and lee.... I could go on and on...and I'm not a judge or lawyer...I just don't understand the harassment? do people who have known (tim) not real name join in a suit because he gave stock recommendations on SI...I don't get it....this obsessions is nuts....and I expect the outcome could possibly be different than some expect...regarding "damage" to whatever....it is just all to strange for me to take seriously? ...I'm just stating a few things obvious to us outsiders...but, know somethings about judges etc. And can't wait for this bizarre escapade to end? Who's next Jennas gardener? I'm sure he has had contact with Barbara and may have even said he liked something? JMO....who cares...just the end of day and this stuff never ends? so, thowing in my worthless 2cents? I don't get it?
