Dstage and SunnComm Partner for Rights Protection Launch

DENVER, May 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Dstage.com, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DSTG), announced today that it has been retained by SunnComm, Inc. (OTC: SUNX) to provide media planning expertise in support of the launch of their pioneering MediaCloQ(TM) rights protection technology.

Under the terms of the relationship, Dstage will develop a sales and marketing media kit and technology white paper to highlight the SunnComm's MediaCloQ technology. Dstage will draw upon the marketing expertise of its principle founders and various skills existing in its Affiliate Network in fulfillment of the goals of this relationship.

"The SunnComm deal represents a model example of how the Dstage Network can be leveraged to accelerate business results in a short period of time. Our relationship with SunnComm has grown over the past 6 months since the first Dstage Affiliates provided strategy, market analysis and corporate image development. With the progress SunnComm has made to date, now is an ideal time to apply media planning expertise in preparation of wide scale commercialization of their MediaCloQ technology," explains Sue Perrault, President and Director of Dstage.

Speaking of the relationship with Dstage, Peter Jacobs, President of SunnComm, noted, "Successfully developing our proprietary rights protection platform and products has been a function of our commitment, ingenuity and resourcefulness. The Dstage approach allowed us to match this entrepreneurial perspective with expertise delivered by entities with a vested interest in our success, something cash alone cannot often achieve."

About SunnComm

SunnComm, Inc. has taken the lead in CD digital content security by releasing the country's first copy-protected or "cloaked" compact music disc on Music City Records. SunnComm's MediaCloQ is a proprietary CD audio product that effectively neutralizes the threat of rights infringement by inhibiting commercially available CD file copying programs which facilitate the casual theft of digital music by file-sharing services, such as Napster. The company's Web sites act as a portal to consumers and permit authorized CD owners interactive access to digital rights management (DRM) files -- a technology made available as part of SunnComm's agreement with Microsoft(TM).

About Dstage:

Dstage.com, Inc. was formed in October of 1999 to pursue a new approach to venture formation and development. The Dstage model attempts to substantially reduce burdensome cash requirements from the earliest stages of venture creation and replace it with proven knowledge, expertise, technology and other forms of "securitized" intellectual capital. Seeking to engage a massive universe of service and technology providers across virtually every discipline and domain, using Dstage common stock as payment, the Company aims to become the first call for talented visionaries looking to launch promising products and ventures worldwide. This approach is intended to allow participating startups to access the resources needed to develop their ventures and products more rapidly and successfully, while their markets are still fresh. With expert insight and resources invested so early in development, venture founders can focus on realizing their concept instead of raising financial capital. As a result, the Company believes participating ventures will benefit from greater prospects for success both immediately and in later stages of growth.
