the short reign of King Dipendra....
King Dipendra, the man who came to power by killing his entire family, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. He had been clinically dead since the bizarre royal massacre on Friday. His uncle was named king after Dipendra's death was announced. Over the weekend, the Nepalese government announced the shootings were the result of an automatic weapon that 'exploded' spontaneously.
