Que, ESV is still showing indecision between the bulls and the bears. The stock is clearly in the oversold range but strength in the OSX will need to continue for ESV to join in. The indicators look like they want to move to the bullish side but as you mentioned, a seller is holding it back. The money flows are negative while the other indicators are turning toward the bullish side. I think this supports your seller theory.
