As stated in the prior post todays trading was pretty dull as volatility constricted. The SP500 put in an NR7 day, which often occurs before a trend day. So, be on your toes tomorrow. There are a few things that are of concern on the long side, those being: The VIX is at yearly lows, it would really be amazing to see it get much lower than it is. The rallies over the last two days have been on miserable pace and volume. These kind of moves have a hard time holding. Also, in tech land the all important semi conductor sector has really been lagging..and thats not the best news you could have. DOW, Biotech and small caps look find, but I wouldnt hold my breath for Tech to go too much higher. Brandon teachmetotrade.com
