Quick Non-Fat Marinara Sauce

1 can whole peeled tomatoes
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can tomato puree
Fresh chopped garlic to taste
Fresh chopped basil to taste
Fresh Italian parsley to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste

Combine ingredients in a pot and cook for about an hour. DO NOT ADD OIL. For a pureed texture, put ingredients in a blender for a few seconds. Enjoy over pasta, fish, rice or veggies.

Source - Fit Magazine. The author says ..."I always make two batches. I freeze one batch and keep the rest in bottles in the fridge. I use it the way you'd use ketchup or mayonnaise. I put it on breaded chicken breasts, I'll put a dollop in an egg-white omelet, I'll put some in a salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. It's so scrumptious and really healthy too - no oil, no sugar."
