Steven,

I hear that plans are made to buy-out Nick Wilson's remaing 250,000 shares. My broker believes that Wilson's daily dumping of about 10,000 shares is largely responsible for the current value of this thinly traded stock. I also have heard that Schriver is not coming on board and in his stead Hough will take charge of INTEK in an active and permanent manner.
