I call it Stupidity on the parts of the so-called Calif. Lawmakers, politicians, and the primary utility companies.

When you get right down to it, it wasn't broken, but the brilliant a$$es just HAD to FIX IT!
Now, the whole thing is a damn rotten mess with everyone trying to blame everyone else when, in reality, it's everyone's fault!

A perfect example of people trying to justify their existence, not thinking things out thoroughly, or just not caring enough about it by relying upon the 'other people' to do their jobs.

A real mess. . . The solution now?

God only knows. . .

If the Government can step-in and save Chrysler, what's wrong with California?

God help us. . . from ourselves!

I personally think if the Government lets Calif go down the drain, regardless who's damn fault it is, we will not only have a recession, depression, etc.
WE WILL HAVE A CIVIL WAR!
or
Calif. will secede from the Union!

Maybe BOTH!

IMHO
