Don't pay any attention to my detractors. As I'm sure you're aware, there is MUCH jealousy around here.

And don't any attention to that "alpha male" stuff. The last he let that go to his head, he found himself pushing a shopping cart down the street. He's a good guy- -except when he lets his ego get out of control. However, with your inter-personal skills. I'm sure he will be melting in your hands.
