There are some dogs that just don't go together with indoors of a normal size house - really big ones like, Great Danes, Mastiffs, St. Bernards, etc. But they do need to be nurtured and loved just the same with their own space like a kennel with runs. When I was 14 yrs old, I had a summer job in Cincinnati, cleaning the dog runs and mowing the lawn at the home of a business acquaintance of my Dad. Three big dogs, lots and lots of poop every day.
