Ted-- The lawsuit is only a future kicker. Brli is cheap on it's own. From what I have been led to beleive, SKB will settle out of court. They were already stained with the govt. settlement. This gives brli a very strong case. Even if they got a 10 mil settlement, think of what it would do for the stock. Around 1.50 per share. Remember, this is wrong doing bigtime. And, SKB has set the $$$ on the side, so they know they will pay sooner or later. Call them and ask. WJ
