“While anything north of a $0.05 loss for the quarter would be good news, I think the more important issue is sales growth. My guestimate and hope is for revenues of $6.5 Million or greater which represents a 10% growth over the prior quarter. Anything north of 10% would be excellent and would confirm management's execution with respect to servicing the new Digital Hollywood.

We may still be a quarter or two away from seeing double digit growth, but it is coming. "Despite economic uncertainties, the global entertainment and media business will continue to grow at a healthy 7.2% annual pace through 2005 in part because of an explosion in the Latin American market and the development of entertainment viewed over broadband Internet systems, according to a report to be released this week. Published by PricewaterhouseCoopers, the five-year global entertainment outlook predicts that the industry worldwide will grow past $1 trillion annually for the first time ever, eventually rising to $1.2 trillion by 2005." Its just a matter of a little more time for the digital transformation of Hollywood to provide double digit opportunities for LPAC. With management's technical expertise, industry clout and strong financial position LPAC should benefit from the growth opportunities available in this digital era of Hollywood. Management appears to already be preparing for growth with the recent relocation of the Burbank facilities to allow for future expansion - per the 10K.

The good news just keeps coming!

Geaux LPAC!”
