A few years before that, I had the pleasure of helping on a dairy farm in northern Wisconsin. The dog poop was like a vacation after shoveling cowcrap twice everyday after milking. The worst time was one night during a thunderstorm, lightning hit the barn and being grounded it passed equally through the stall collars. 36 tails immediately flew up in unison and the owners of same shat about 3 gallons each of .....uh... fertilizer all over the damn barn, and just as quickly the tails returned to the rest position. The whole thing from lightning flash to tails down took about two seconds. Guess whose job it was to clean up after milking.
