why? since when is a run in oil stocks a good sign? normally oil and gold are the LAST sectors to run in a bull market. besides, the oils are looking quite o.k. all things considered. i'm not so sure if everybody has been sucked in yet. technically the XOI looks bullish...look at a 3-year weekly chart, it has broken out of a long drawn-out consolidation that looks like a giant inverse h&s.
