Dear Rich4Eagle: You never answered MY questions but in answer to yours, they maybe 5% of our firepower but they are much bigger then their neighbors, not to mention they have sold missles to dangerous third world type nations with unstable governments or leaders. If you are American perhaps you remember something Benjamin Franklin once said, "an OUNCE of prevention is worth a POUND of cure". I am not PRIVY to WHY we listen in but I assure you there is a good reason, and if we can head off a problem it makes a lot more sense then having to fight. Surely, NO ONE believes we have ulterior motives in this. JDN
