Had to look up "Plains of Abraham" on google. 1759 and people are still crying? I'm from Louisiana, a lot of the French people from Canada and Maine moved down there after that little war, and we quit crying about it a long time ago. "Laissez le bon temps rouler!" Those Yankee boys and girls were cute and we learned to cook crawfish, shrimp, and redfish.;^) I think we got all the good cooks, too. Although I've never been to Quebec, I had some poutine when I was in Nova Scotia, and it was vile.-ng-
