I was taking a look at the hot list to see what kind of threads exist on Silicon Investor.

It has been a real eye opener.

I saw that Terra Nova sponsors the hot list. Is that the same Terra Nova that got a Cease and Desist Order from the Ohio Division of Securities Order No. 98-322 to which Terra Nova knowingly
and
voluntarily waived the right to the adjudicative hearing and entered a consent agreement?
