I don't think it will go quite as ballistic as KKD, just because it's so big. As far as valuation goes, it would actually be $40 billion, since $8 billion only represents 20% of the shares outstanding. Still, MO reported 2001 earnings from the Kraft division of $4.755 billion, so that only comes to 8.4 times 2000 earnings. PE ratio doesn't sound like much of a worry.

The date I have for the IPO is June 13.
