SAM-DAN, Sorry I did not get back to you sooner. I received my annual report and that is how I found out about the meeting. As you may know I have been a stockholder of FRL.V for going on two years now. The only stocks I hold in my account other than GOLD STOCKS are Phillip Morris and Firelight. That may give you an idea of how I view the potential of both companies. I believe the DOW,S&P and NAZ are in crash mode. Are you or some of the others going to the annual meeting? JR
