. . . More Off Topic. . . Due to some Federal Laws, it is part of the reason California is in such a mess.

Everyone involved is to blame for the mess. . . That's a GIVEN. . . That's not the point.

California is well on the way to fixing it's problems. . . BUT, it will take longer than a few months.

If the Federal government does NOT step in and help, I can see California causing many more problems to the Nation. . .

Is that what we want?

I don't think so. . .

It's real easy to say "Let Calif. solve their own problems." and forget it. . .
The Federal government is willing to enforce their obscene laws which helped Calif. get into trouble. . .
. . . but refuse to help solve the resulting mess? . . . That is not right!

All California needs is something to stabilize energy costs for the SHORT-TERM. . . perhaps limiting a gross profit only to 100% instead of 1,000s%. . . ???

I don't know what the answer is. . . but I'm fairly certain that if we don't get some kind of short-term Federal help to stabilize this mess, it will result in damage to much more than just California.
