OT> All California needs is something to stabilize energy costs for the SHORT-TERM. . . perhaps limiting a gross profit only to 100% instead of 1,000s%. . . ??? I don't know what the answer is. . . I like Congressman Traficant's solution best. He says that California should "fine the energy companies $150 million each time they "gouge" the consumer with an unnecessary rate hike."
