There are very accurate ways of measuring Co2 levels from the distant past including ice cores from Greenland, but I don't think that it would matter to you anyway. You have already made up your mind and don't want to consider valid data. You, like Dubya, have irrationally turned this into a political debate. The best scientific data is all that should matter, not who has the most money to spend on disinformation as does Exxon.
