SUF has been drilling since May and CDR trade over 1.5 million shares today....hmmmm...I wonder if some a new pipe field has been discovered?

SouthernEra Resources Limited Joint Venture
Yilgarn Craton Project

Caldera Resources Inc. (CDR-TSE) is pleased to announce that the in-fill airborne magnetic survey has commenced on the Yilgarn Craton Project which is joint ventured with SouthernEra Resources Limited (SUF-TSE). The Yilgarn project, the site of last year's kimberlite pipe discovery, is located in Western Australia and now consists of 28 exploration licences covering approximately 1,200 square kilometres of the Yilgarn craton.

Approximately 950 line kilometres will be flown on 42 magnetic targets showing a similar response to the known kimberlite discovered by the joint venture partners last year.

Selected targets will be drilled during May/June of this year.

Under the terms of the agreement SouthernEra may earn a 60% interest in all joint venture tenements through expenditure of C$5 million. A 51% equity can be obtained through expending C$1 million over four years. An additional 9% equity can be earned through further expenditure of C$4 million over a further two years following completion of the initial earn-in.

Caldera is engaged in diamond exploration in Australia through eight projects. The Company has five projects located in the Pilbara region of northeastern Western Australia, one project in the Eastern Goldfields area of Western Australia and two projects located in northern South Australia, which are known as the Abminga projects.
