Approving the shares doesn't make them sold. Why would you sell now on a company with 200 million in revenues that just renegotiated it's credit facility in April, divested some of it's loosing operations and according to my interpretation of Bill Kleins a rosey future. This was in the seven dollar a share range before they lost their credit last November.
Mr. Klein will make no forward looking statements as he is afraid of shareholder litigation is my feeling, but I also have heard some of the stuff he's working on and I beleive his intentions are to return to profitability as early as the third quarter.
Why not at least wait until results for the quarter are published?
Somebody has run the price on this way up on no news and large volumn. What do they know that we don't?
Personally I never sell when a stock makes large percentage gains on no news. It seems that right after somebody has very good things to say.
