Notebook chip, server chip, workstation, fast integrated chipset coming etc. AMD has less MHz and poorer infrastructure like VIA hanging over it's head. It needed something. Intel has a new i845 chipset for SDRAM but that's backtracking, IMHO. .13u sampling is good but expected. Despite it's poor IPC, my biggest concern for AMD is the P4 scaling way out ahead. Jim
