Trade restrictions on lamb? First I'd heard of it. There are no USA sheep eaters to speak of, but I can see how it would be a big deal to Australia and New Zealand.:)

Seriously, I'm doing a google search on it and not finding anything that originates in the US. We eat lamb 3 or 4 times a year which is quite a lot for the US, but it's at Greek festivals or restaurants. I've never cooked lamb in my life.

Oh, here we go. Sheepusa.org. It seems that they are accusing you guys of lamb dumping. Sorry, that sounds funny to me, I have a mental image of Aussies sneaking over the border and dropping lambs. Carefully, of course.-g-
