Fed expectations are little changed after this morning's revised productivity data. The June Fed Fund futures contract is trading at 3.755%, down from 3.76% Monday. At that level, the contract is pricing in virtually a 100% chance of a 25 basis point rate cut at the June 26/27 FOMC meeting. The September Fed Funds contract is trading at 3.70%, suggesting the market sees about a 20% chance that the Fed will cut rates again by the August FOMC meeting.
