I make the no beans variety. No ground meat either. I brown about 6 pounds of round steak in olive oil. Lots of peppers of whatever I can buy. I like to add 5 kinds or more. Chili powder and spices. Next day add a chopped onion and a couple of tomatoes and a can of beer. After 3 days it's done. A little on the hot side but I serve it over buttered rice and top with grated cheese, cheddar or American.

I may add some vinegar next time.
