Doug...If I remember, in the Judge's ruling...she stated clearly that this was a unique find and that she was impressed with the lawyer for GE and that she would love to have her litigate in her court room again. TT was representing the Company as well, remember, he made the announcement on behalf of GE, not on behalf of Terry Turner. No we did not sort it out.
