James, Rumors are circulating that Steve Clark was terminated for various reasons. I don't want to share some of them here because they are extremely serious, and I don't want to be accused of libel or slander (or whatever I could be accused of). Suffice it to say that Mr. Clark was over his head, and not capable of managing the company. Charles Bauer is now the acting CEO, and unless they find a superstar, an executive they hire would most likely report to him. My understanding is that Mr. Bauer is an experienced and competent executive, so the fact that Clark left, and Bauer replaced him will be a good thing in the long run. JON
