Wireless Facilities Execs Buy 600,000 Shares In May

WASHINGTON -- Wireless Facilities Inc. (WFII) Chairman Massih Tayebi and Chief Executive
Masood K. Tayebi purchased a total of 600,000 shares of the company's common stock in May,
according to two Form 4s released Tuesday by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Massih Tayebi bought a total of 400,000 shares from May 10 to May 30 for $5.55 to $6.27 a
share. At the end of May, he directly owned 400,000 shares and indirectly owned 9,227,731
common shares, according to one of the filings.

Masood Tayebi bought a total of 200,000 shares on May 10 and May 11 for $5.55 each. He
directly owned 200,000 shares and indirectly owned 10,568,268 shares at the end of May.

Based in San Diego, Wireless Facilities is an independent provider of outsourced services for the
wireless communications industry. The company plans, designs, deploys and manages wireless
telecommunications networks.

The company's stock closed Tuesday at $5.85, up 13 cents, or 2.3%.
