VANITY: Bill, I think you hit the nail on the head! Morgan must be fed up going to cocktail parties with people outside Silicon Valley to find that most have never even HEARD of AMAT! Gotta do something about THAT! Namaste! Jim PS: Who has designed a Shareholder Rights program? What goes on these days is such an open ****ing of the shareholder it is UNBELIEVABLE.
