BTW - you need to retract that independent expert statement you made to Jaci. I believe the BD&C report is an endorsement of sorts. This prompted my question to you about BD&C (just to clear the record as to what you were saying). If only one small item on a report endorses and supports prior work, then it could be considered an endorsement. Your blanket statement is therefore incorrect.
