Thomas Weisel reiterates Buy rating, citing positive takeaways from an in-house meeting. MCDT appears to be 6 months ahead of Brocade in terms of product development/availability. At 43x estimated 2002 EPS (1.0 PEG), valuation still appears reasonable. Notes that the class B shares (MCDT) are priced at a premium to the class A shares (MCDTA). Over time, expects the spread between the classes to shrink.
