hi roberto have you looked through the ms office 2000 site? support.microsoft.com and the service pack sites? support.microsoft.com this one looks especially good... Top Office 2000 Setup Issues support.microsoft.com and it includes... OFF2000: How to Completely Remove Microsoft Office CD1 support.microsoft.com which looks like a good place to begin. i don't use ms office 2000, but i hope i've pointed you in the right direction with these ms support links :) mark
