OT: To complete the list, I just discovered that in IE you can right click on the frame, choose properties, and get the frame url, which can be copied and pasted. Somewhat oddly, IE properties shows the .htm file type as "Netscape Hypertext Document", or maybe that's just because I have Netscape as default browser.
