Solution- lay off the triple espressos, and lose the caps and bold type. Sheesh! Seriously, the more pain and suffering Calif. goes through on the way to a solution, the better. People seem to forget pain and suffering are our best teachers and more importantly motivators. Now I realize recent generations don't buy into this, they want everything handed to them, inherit wealth created from someone else, retire by 30( thank god that one has taken a hit recently), but tough. Calif. made their bed, now they can deal with it, learn from it, and if they're smart fix the root cause and see to it it doesn't happen again.
